A mental discipline that involves denying reality by simply stipulating that the right wing’s theological doctrines are true, and applying that stipulation as a set of virtual reality glasses through which to view and understand the world around us. Constitutional conservative (n.) | 1. A person who believes that the Constitution does not protect any individual rights whatsoever. A “Constitutional conservative” is like a crooked insurance company’s claims department; they will find a way to deny any and all claims filed by people who are different from them. |
constitutionalist (n.) | 1. A person who believes that the Constitution was intended to enact an oppressive religion-based regime, in direct conflict with the very first clause of the First Amendment. 2. A person who doesn’t believe that the Bill of Rights protects any individual rights or liberties at all (except for the right of white fundamentalist Christian males to shoot fully automatic weapons into the air without any concern about where what went up eventually came down). 3. A person who believes that the County Sheriff should be the King of said county, even though the Constitution says absolutely nothing about county sheriffs. |
fair (adj.) | 1. Any process, rule, law, forum, court, judge, or other arbiter that will never find a Republican guilty of wrongdoing under any circumstances whatsoever. 2. Any process, rule, law, forum, court, judge, or other arbiter that will never exonerate, acquit, or otherwise find blameless a Democrat under any circumstances whatsoever. (syn. impartial) |
freedom (n.) | 1. The unfettered power to persecute minority groups using the force of government. 2. The unimpeded power of government to impose the right wing’s official religion upon the unwilling using the force of law. 3. The obligation to follow “God’s Law” according to the dictates of the right wing’s official national religion. (syn. liberty, freedom under God) |
impartial (adj.) | 1. Any process, rule, law, forum, court, judge, or other arbiter that will never find a Republican guilty of wrongdoing under any circumstances whatsoever. 2. Any process, rule, law, forum, court, judge, or other arbiter that will never exonerate, acquit, or otherwise find blameless a Democrat under any circumstances whatsoever. (syn. fair) |
ordered liberty (n.) | 1. Freedom to do what the right wing allows. 2. A religious dictatorship. (syn. freedom under God) |
pluralism (n.) (archaic) | 1. Often used in the past to contrast it with true freedom in diversity; right wing “pluralism” refers to a nation of people from all nationalities, cultures and walks of life suffering as one under a brutal MAGA religious dictatorship. |
tyranny (n.) | 1. Description of any governing body or system of government that allows minority groups to enjoy equal treatment under the law. 2. Description of any governing body or system of government that protects the rights of minority groups against malicious and arbitrary deprivation by a bigoted right wing ruling caste. 3. Description of any governing body or system of government that doesn’t allow bigots in positions of power to run roughshod over minority groups. 4. Description of any governing body or system of government that protects reproductive rights. |
